Shipping & Returns

Delivery

• We process your order straight away in order to ensure prompt delivery using courier service.

• Delivery dates are however not guaranteed and time is not of the essence in relation to such dates. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery on the dates specified. Delivery is usually next day after cleared payment.

• If you require a delivery to a different address from the card holder’s address, we may require written confirmation and a signature of the cardholder on an authorization form on the first order.

Cancellation

• You have the right to cancel the order at any time prior to the confirmed delivery date free of charge.

• If you are a consumer, you may cancel your orders within 7 working days following receipt of the Products. Under these conditions. we agree to refund your money within 7 days of cancellation by mutually agreed method.

• You will be liable for the cost of returning the Products to Us by Insured Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. In the unlikely event that you wish to return the Products, you must contact us either by email or by telephone first to obtain permission.

• All Products must be returned in the original packaging and complete with all manuals, cabls and accessories within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty Goods

• Where any defect in the Products is apparent upon inspection. You must inform Us within 7 days of delivery.

• Upon receipt of the Products you will be offered the following options: - subject to availability, a replacement delivered to You free of charge; or a full refund provided the Product has been verified defective and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
No waiver by us of any breach of this Contract shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same provision or any other provision
If any provision of this Contract is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this Contract and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected and shall remain in full force and effect.
This Contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. These conditions shall govern the agreement between you and us.
